The Challenge
The brief for the Tuchuzy store was to translate a strong and recognisable fashion identity into a physical retail environment. The space needed to embody the spirit of the Tuchuzy woman as confident, directional, and bold, while supporting a broad lifestyle offer across multiple product categories. The challenge was to balance edge and warmth, creating a premium setting that allows fashion, swimwear, eyewear, jewellery, accessories, and footwear to each have presence without fragmenting the overall brand experience. At the same time, the store had to perform commercially, guiding customer flow, encouraging discovery, and supporting high impact product storytelling.
Our Approach
We conceived the store as a physical expression of the brand attitude, with every element curated to elevate the retail journey. The layout is structured into clear destination zones so each merchandise category reads as its own moment while still contributing to a cohesive whole. Materiality and finishes draw from the Bondi lifestyle through a warm, textural palette layered with sharper, more directional details to reflect the brand’s edge. Display and spatial sequencing are designed to frame product, create visual hierarchy, and encourage movement through the store. The result is a high performance retail environment that strengthens brand identity, enhances product storytelling, and supports strong commercial outcomes.
