Club Development I Hospitality Interior Design

Our concept for a new club development, facade upgrade, foyer, outdoor dining, indoor dining.

The Challenge
The project involved revitalising an ageing mid century club building and repositioning it as a more attractive, commercially resilient hospitality destination. The existing facade and arrival experience lacked presence, accessibility was limited, and dining offer was constrained by inflexible indoor areas and under-utilised outdoor space. The client required a practical, cost conscious upgrade that could expand dining options, improve inclusivity, and support year round trade, all without major structural works or operational disruption.

Our Approach
We developed a targeted upgrade strategy focused on high impact, low intervention changes across the facade, accessibility and dining environments. The facade was refreshed through carefully selected materials and detailing that bring the building to life while respecting its original character. A new lift was integrated to significantly improve accessibility and future proof the venue. We reconfigured indoor and outdoor dining zones to create distinct, flexible settings that respond to different customer groups, times of day and seasonal conditions. The result is a layered hospitality environment that increases choice, extends trading opportunities and strengthens long term revenue performance.
