Our team has delivered globally award-winning projects in retail, hospitality and workspace sectors.
X+O believes in understanding how people use the spaces we are creating, as well as what their needs and wants are. Through this, we create a relevant user experience. We differentiate brands through storytelling and unleashing the essence. We add a human touch, an emotion. That’s the ‘X’.
We innovatively reimagine businesses through spatial design and through the experiences, services, technlogy, staff and products that support it. We call this a holistic, omni channel approach. That’s the ‘O’.
As designers, naturally we apply a design thinking approach to all of our work. Design thinking is user centric, creative, optimistic and delivered through team work vs ‘design’ which is subjective. X+O partners with industry specialists and our clients' internal teams in order to deliver tailored project-specific solutions that drive, complement and support spatial design and create holistic solutions across brands.
We are believers in not peeking at the solution before we know the question. Our creative thinking often uncovers hidden factors and alternative solutions through insights, both in present and future applications. We investigate known and unfamiliar areas in order to unearth innovative, feasible and viable solutions that improve businesses and deliver a return on investment.
