As designers, naturally we apply a design thinking approach to all of our work. Design thinking is user centric, creative, optimistic and delivered through team work vs ‘design’ which is subjective. X+O partners with industry specialists and our clients' internal teams in order to deliver tailored project-specific solutions that drive, complement and support spatial design and create holistic solutions across brands.

A creative and strategic thinker, Rebecca Vulic has delivered award winning brand experiences globally, working in both client and agency sectors. Most recently as the head of global store design for Kate Spade & Company. Based out of the New York headquarters, Rebecca was responsible for design across all retail channels. She led the global brand expansion, largely in Asia and the Americas for Kate Spade New York, additionally overseeing the Kate Spade Saturday and Jack Spade brands. Prior to her tenure at Kate Spade & Company, Rebecca was the head of global store design for Jurlique, where her primary focus was evolving the brand store experience and expansion in Asia. As the retail brand custodian, both client-based roles saw the successful evolution of the in-store brand experience and exponential business expansion, in turn exceeding company expectations and return on investment.
Rebecca's agency experience includes working across sectors in retail, hospitality and workspace. She has reimagined and delivered captivating brand stories and innovative, relevant user experiences for prominent global brands. Her resume includes leadership roles at Woods Bagot and E2-Sydney.
