There are three phases to documentation. Once the spatial concept is signed off, we create design development drawings (DD sets) which outline the design intent. These include basic plans and elevations and finishes specifications. Additionally drawings for submission to local authorities can be produced if required, this is phase 2.
Once DD drawings are signed off, phase 3 includes the development of detailed construction drawings (CD set) that will be used for tendering/ pricing and for construction purposes. Construction drawing sets are coordinated with consultants’ drawings and may include engineers' drawings, lighting and various additional services.

We partner with our clients to brief and appoint the most suitable company to suit each project through a tender process. We incorporate site visits and regular project reviews throughout construction in order to ensure that concept is delivered as intended.
